Our team of training designers helps companies define course objectives, select the most relevant topics, and identify the best formats for customized learning experiences with a practical and effective approach.
The courses are delivered by a diverse faculty: a large network of university professors, together with Cefriel professionals involved in digital innovation projects who share the experience they have gained in the field.

Measuring Digital Readiness
The Digital Readiness meter developed by Cefriel is based on a digital culture framework that can be customized for every corporate context. A survey of situational questions measures respondents’ digital mindset and aptitude.
The results can be analyzed in PowerBI to identify gaps to be filled and action priorities for specific population clusters.
Developing Digital Culture
